WDS OUTBOARD BRACKETS

DESIGN 

  • For single or twin engine configurations   
  • EN AW-5083 H111 Marine aluminum grade 
  • Material thicknesses 8 -15 mm (usual) 
  • FEM structural strength analysis performed in accordance with applicable ISO standards for professional boats.
  • Engine mounting bolt holes cut to match your engine hanger 
  • Two service hatches with aluminum tread plate covers 
  • Note: The FEM analysis does not evaluate the existing transom. The client is responsible for verifying its strength.

  • Transom angle 
  • Bottom angle  
  • Desired setback  
  • Desired lift 
  • Other design- and fitting related features and requirements 

MANUFACTURING 

  • All structural load-bearing components are welded continuously around using double-sided fillet welds for maximum strength and durability 
  • All welding is performed by a certified class welder qualified in accordance with applicable EN standards 
  • Manufacturing in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management standards 
  • Finished with a protective paint system withstand harsh marine conditions (optional) 
  • Condensation drain fitting located in the bottom of the bracket 
  • Optional delivery with zinc anode and required mounting hardware
